  18. I am trying to compile bases in web2c.
  19.  
  20. I have followed the INSTALL directions.
  21. I have run configure with --prefix=/analysis2/tex
  22. (I do not want to install in /usr/home as of yet).
  23.  
  24. Everything is going as planned until I get to install bases.
  25. I seems as if the correct include file directory is not
  26. being set in the Makefile.

  65. I know texmf.h is in /analysis2/tex/web2c-6.1/web2c/lib but how do I correctly get the
